The project is based on research on funeral customs of the past and present and looks to the future, and the symbols and expressions of death and mourning emerging in the digital age, thus exploring the questions: When the subjects and mourning of death become virtualized symbols by the Internet, will people's feelings about death change as a result?

Can the spiritual needs conveyed through traditional rituals still be satisfied in this way?
